Myweek.pl provides short-term accommodation services and services related to renting apartments (entertainment and gastronomy). We accept reservations for a minimum of 2 days. For reservations made at least six months in advance, please contact the staff (by phone or e-mail) in order to confirm prices and availability.

The day starts at 14.00 and ends at 11.00 the next day. In some cases, different hours apply, as described on the property's website.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Pets are not allowed without MyWeek's consent. Pets are charged extra. Quiet time is valid from 22.00. The rules of social coexistence should be tolerated. In case of breaking the above rules, a fee of PLN 500 applies. Myweek does not accept customers' property for storage, does not provide protection against loss or damage to property left in the apartments and asks not to leave valuables in the apartments.

After making the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the reservation value must be made immediately. In order to cancel or change a reservation, please contact the service (by phone or e-mail). In the event of cancellation of the booking, MyWeek.pl may deduct from the advance payment or demand compensation in the amount of 20% of the booking value, however, not less than the value of a one-day stay. In the event of a no show, 100% of the booking value will be deducted. In justified cases (sudden illness, death, accident or other fortuitous events) we can transfer the reservation to another date, provided that the length of stay, price per night or the value of the reservation is not lower than the canceled reservation and the originally booked date can be rented to another person.

Health resort fees or other local fees charged to natural persons staying temporarily for tourist, recreational or training purposes are payable additionally upon arrival at the place of rest.

For each booking, towels and bed linen are provided once, for each person over 4 years of age. It is possible to rent bed linen and towels for a fee.

Additional service charges may apply for group trips. Please contact the service before making a group booking.

Each customer may submit a complaint regarding the manner in which MyWeek.pl provides services, in particular non-performance or incorrect performance of the concluded contract. All complaints should be sent by e-mail to biuro@myweek.pl. The Service Provider shall consider complaints immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. After considering the complaint, Myweek.pl sends a reply to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the submitted complaint.
