I had a totally great stay. The building is only a few years old, so everything was new and clean. The kitchen and bathroom fittings are nice, bed comfortable, lots of light in the living room, easy to deal with Agnieszka (in English, anyway). Could maybe use some heavier curtains in the bedroom and a couple of clothes-drying racks, but other than that, it's all good. I was there during the early-August heat wave, so the massive rain shower was awesome. And having a massive couch was great when one of the kids I was minding fainted and needed somewhere cool to rest for a day. The building is on the far side of Polanica (where"far side" means just a few minutes walk) from the main area and the spas; some might think that's a drawback. But it's in a residential area, so you get more of a feel for the rhythm of life, which I liked. You hear the volunteer fire siren go off, and minute later you start hearing the cars pull up, the station door roll up, and the truck pull out. That's one of those little things you'd never get in one of the hotels in town. Shopping is easy - there's a little shop a couple of buildings over, plus a larger store another 150 meters down the road. You'll have no trouble stocking up on food and drink. Bottom line: really nice place in a surprisingly pleasant town, go for it!
