Description
A spacious 80-meter apartment in a historic tenement house from the 18th century. A tenement house owned by the Baroque sculptor Michał Klahr the Elder, one of the most outstanding artists of Lower Silesia.

The apartment is located in the very center of Lądek Zdrój, on the market square in Lądek. On the ground floor of the building there is an artistic cafe Dom Klahra - delicious coffee and good music (with curfew).

Distance from the Spa Park 1 km, Wojciech Spa 1.2 km, Św. John of Nepomuk 100 m, Arboretum 1.2 km. Radochowska Cave 6 km, Castle on the Rock 7 km, Złoty Stok Mine 11 km.
Accommodation on the Glacensis single track trail is the perfect solution for bike lovers. The project called Singletrack Glaciensis is a cycling showcase of the Kłodzko Land - in total, over 200 kilometers of singletracks have been laid out from Kłodzko to Międzylesie. Several routes from this project are reachable from Lądek Zdrój - the Zdrój loop and the Trojak na start loop, and the picturesque Orłowiec loop.

The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Comfortable stay for up to 6 people (and their bikes :)). Adapted to the needs of cyclists (bike racks). Bedroom 1 - double bed; Bedroom 2 - single bed and sofa bed, desk for remote work; Living room - sofa bed, bicycle racks. Separate kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker. TV, internet, wi-fi.

The apartment in Lądek is an ideal starting point for those who like to spend time actively. A short distance from the greatest attractions of the region - single Glacensis bicycle tracks, ski slopes and bicycle routes, caves of the Stołowe Mountains and numerous hiking trails will provide a lot of positive impressions.

The spa routes are simple walks set out from the center of the resort part of the city, designed for anyone who just wants to move their bones a bit. Walking routes lead through interesting corners in the city and its immediate vicinity, focusing on sightseeing pleasure. They can be a great proposition for marchers with Nordic walking sticks who are looking for ready-made proposals. As you might guess, hiking trails are trails for more serious hikes. In addition, there are, although they partially overlap, the "ordinary" PTTK trails.
If you accidentally collect peaks to the Crown of the Polish Mountains, then in the vicinity of Lądek Zdrój you will climb as many as four: Kowadło (Golden Mountains), Rudawiec (Bielskie Mountains), Śnieżnik (Śnieżnik Massif) and Kłodzka Góra (Bardzkie Mountains). In a word: there is a place to walk.

At the same time, the proximity of castles, fortresses and mines provides the opportunity to spend time with children in an interesting way. Especially recommended for a day trip is the Złoty Stok Mine or the Bear Cave with a skeleton of a cave lion.

Restaurants with regional delicacies and vineyards of Lower Silesia are a great idea to end the day.

The spa atmosphere of Lądek Zdrój, a large treatment base, sulphide-fluoride waters, a thermal and recreational pool will help you regenerate after a day full of activity. In the summer, guests can visit the Stara Morawa Reservoir (6 km) with a designated bathing beach and a wake board track.

Yes, we charge a 20% prepayment at the time of booking.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, in each of our premises you will find clean sheets and towels for each person. The exception are infants for whom you must protect yourself with your own bed linen and towels.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, provided that you indicate such a wish when making the reservation.

Are there any additional fees added to the price of accommodation?

Local fees will be added to the price of accommodation in accordance with the regulations in force in a given city. Full information on additional charges is available during the booking process.

Can I cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation of the booking, MyWeek.pl may deduct or claim compensation in the amount of 20% of the booking value, but not less than the value of the one-day stay. In the event of a no show, 100% of the booking value will be deducted. In justified cases, we can transfer the reservation to another date, provided that the length of stay, price per night or the value of the reservation are not lower than the canceled reservation.

How can I check in?

Check-in takes place at the hotel reception in Polanica-Zdrój. The day before arrival, you will receive an SMS with the address details. Pay for your stay before your arrival if you want to check-in directly at the premises.
