Yes, we charge a 20% prepayment at the time of booking.
Yes, in each of our premises you will find clean sheets and towels for each person. The exception are infants for whom you must protect yourself with your own bed linen and towels.

W przypadku rezygnacji z rezerwacji MyWeek.pl może potrącić lub zażądać odszkodowania w wysokości 20% wartości rezerwacji nie mniej jednak niż wartość jednodniowego pobytu. W przypadku niedojazdu potrącone zostanie 100% wartości rezerwacji. W uzasadnionych przypadkach możemy przenieść rezerwację na inny termin pod warunkiem, że długość pobytu, cena za dobę i wartość rezerwacji nie są niższe od anulowanej rezerwacji.
W obiekcie obowiązuje procedura auto check-in. Oznacza to, że aby się zameldować należy opłacić 100% wartości rezerwacji przed przyjazdem. Kody do lokalu otrzymasz w dniu przyjazdu.
