Apartment in Polanica

A duplex apartment with an area of 64m 2 , located on the top floor of the building, consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with double beds (one on the mezzanine), a balcony, a large terrace and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. Cable TV with sports channels, Internet Wi-Fi, iron, washing machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, set of espresso/coffee cups.

The living room is equipped with a functional kitchenette, which has a sink, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, extractor hood, fridge, kettle and tableware. Nearby there is a large table with chairs where you can comfortably eat a meal. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a coffee table and a TV cabinet. There is an exit to the balcony from the room.

The comfortable bedroom has a large double continental bed with double mattresses, with two adjacent bedside tables and a capacious built-in wardrobe as well as a desk.

On the mezzanine there is a double bed and three comfortable armchairs, a stylish illuminated table and access to a large terrace.

The comfortable bathroom has a shower cabin, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror, a large wardrobe under the washbasin with a washing machine.

A vacuum cleaner is also provided.
