Rest in a spa

The apartment in Polanica-Zdrój with an area of 52m 2 is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a mezzanine serving as a bedroom for children.

Fully equipped kitchenette with induction, oven, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and tableware. In the kitchen there is a Tchibo coffee machine for capsules, which you have to organize yourself. The point of purchase of capsules is, among others MEDIA EXPERT store in Kłodzko. In the kitchenette there is a comfortable six-seater table with chairs.

The living room has a 55-inch TV with satellite access and several hundred TV channels, including in Polish, English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Arabic and others. In the living room there is also a sofa bed with a small coffee table. It is possible to unfold the sofa for sleeping, there is an additional set of bedding for two people. In the room there is a chest of drawers with a set of albums from Polanica Zdrój and other nearby spas: Kudowa Zdrój, Duszniki Zdrój, Lądek Zdrój and others.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with two nightstands.

The comfortable bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is to some extent adapted for the use of disabled people.

Above the living room there is a mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds with a play area for children. The mezzanine is adapted to the stay of children - the height of the room is 150 cm.

The apartment is also equipped with: an iron, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, and a hair dryer.

From the living room and bedroom there is an exit to a large and sunny terrace with a view of the river and the vicinity of Polanica-Zdrój. A small river flows right next to the apartment building, which makes your stay more pleasant.

The apartment also has a parking space in the garage.

On the top level of the apartment building there is a public terrace overlooking the city and mountains.

Guests can also use the bicycle/ski room located on the ground floor.

If you liked the atmosphere of the Apartment, the owners invite you to a smaller apartment decorated in the same atmosphere, called "Apartament Sentimentalny" , located on the opposite side of the Spa Park, designed for 2-4 people.

Is prepayment required?

Yes, we charge a 20% prepayment at the time of booking.

Are towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, in each of our premises you will find clean sheets and towels for each person. The exception are infants for whom you must protect yourself with your own bed linen and towels.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, provided that you indicate such a wish when making the reservation.

Are there any additional fees added to the price of accommodation?

Local fees will be added to the price of accommodation in accordance with the regulations in force in a given city. Full information on additional charges is available during the booking process.

Can I cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation of the booking, MyWeek.pl may deduct or claim compensation in the amount of 20% of the booking value, but not less than the value of the one-day stay. In the event of a no show, 100% of the booking value will be deducted. In justified cases, we can transfer the reservation to another date, provided that the length of stay, price per night or the value of the reservation are not lower than the canceled reservation.

What is the check-in procedure?

Check-in takes place at the reception desk of the Colorful Pola Hotel in Polanica-Zdrój. The day before arrival, you will receive an SMS with full registration details.
